Nasir Group's upcoming Aluminum Profile Extrusion Plant is a state-of-the-art facility designed for end-to-end production of high-quality aluminum profiles, integrating advanced machinery and processes across casting, extrusion, ageing, anodizing, powder coating, packing, die manufacturing, and quality control. The plant features a 15 MT gas-type casting furnace, aluminum ash separator, and auto billet shearing machine for efficient billet production, supported by 1450 MT, 1000MT and 800MT extrusion lines. Two ageing ovens enhance the strength of profiles, while 1000-ton/month anodizing section ,200-ton/month electroplating and 200-ton powder coating capacity provide durable and decorative finishes, including a unique wooden finish option. The facility also includes automated packing and laser marking machines for efficient handling and branding of finished products. A dedicated die section with advance machines and a large inventory of molds ensures flexibility in producing profiles of various sizes and shapes. Sustainability is prioritized with 600 m3 effluent treatment plant (ETP) to manage wastewater, and a robust quality control section ensures all products meet industry standards.
